Before you order
Please allow time and tiles!
Please do not commence any installation work, book plumbers or other tradespersons until your order has been delivered and thoroughly checked over.
We strongly advise that accurate quantities are ordered for your project in one order, inclusive of sufficient additional tiles for cuts and wastage. Any ‘top up’ orders may be subject to batch variation and may not match the initial product.
Please ensure there is someone at the property to receive your delivery. We recommend goods are stored internally or in a dry external place like a garage or shed till you're ready to start installing. Please note that if tiles are stored externally that they should be covered and allowed to acclimatise to the room they are being used in prior to laying.
Collections
Orders under 50kg can be arranged to be collected from most of our showrooms. Please discuss this when you place your order with our team.
On collection you'll be asked for your name and order number. Please make sure your vehicle is suitable for carrying the goods, we can confirm the total weight when you order.
Orders for collection must be collected within 5 working days, after this your order will be returned to our warehouse for safe keeping.
Please note: Our showroom teams are not permitted to leave the showroom unattended so may not be able to assist you with transferring your order to your vehicle.
